Fair Delivery

At Direct Carpet Centre we want to be straight and clear on our delivery pricing rather than offering free delivery and hiding the cost of delivery in our prices. We strive to lower prices on all our products and offer a delivery cost that reflects the reality of delivering large and bulky items.

Standard delivery cost for all orders is £35.00.

Delivery Timeframes

We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

  • Most ranges: Estimated delivery 3–7 working days
  • Associated Weavers, Cormar & Ibexx Flooring: Estimated delivery 5–10 working days

The estimated delivery timeframe for each product is shown on the product page within the delivery section.

Currently we only deliver to mainland England and Wales.

Important Delivery Information

  • After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • When placing your order, please ensure that you provide a mobile number and email address. Failing to do this will prevent us from providing information regarding your order.
  • We offer a kerbside delivery service. Delivery will be made to the closest accessible point to your property. It is important that someone is present at the property to accept the goods.
  • If access to your property is not possible, the courier will deliver to the nearest kerbside access point. Any known access issues must be reported to us before delivery.
  • Please note that couriers are unable to carry goods up flights of stairs or into upper-floor properties.
  • Depending on the size of the order, the driver may require assistance (typically for larger cuts).
  • Delivery times are set by the courier. In some instances the courier may offer you a time slot, for example between 8–10am.
  • Larger loads may have a surplus charge added. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
  • Please note that due to weight limits, multiple cuts may be delivered in separate consignments.

Click & Collect

We offer a click and collect service if you prefer to collect your order from our store. (Option available at checkout)
