Amazing price for high quality contract carpeting. We bought the same carpet (different colour) 5 or 6 years ago for an indoor hot tub room and there's not a break in it, it does get quite a bit of water on it, but with a wet and dry vacuum it cleans up well. We have decided on a change of decor hence buying a new one from Direct Carpet Centre. Delivery was a bit expensive compared to other sellers but it still worked out cheaper, as the cost of the carpet was significantly lower. I would definitely look at buying again from them, as everything was extremely efficient from ordering to delivery.

Excellent samples sent to my home was able to choose a high quality carpet at a very good price compared to retailers. Carpet arrived quickly, I was kept up to date with defined delivery time. My only recommendation to make this a superb experience would be that the website automatically givesyou the correct underlay options to take out the quest work. My underlay was excellent and the cheapest but I ordered too much not a problem as I will be using for my next carpet.

Selected a carpet and underlay recently for my stairs and landing. This was to include fitting. Although I worked out the size myself I did have a preliminary visit at home just to check my calculations. Thankfully they were pretty accurate! A fitting date was agreed and I must say the crew were friendly and efficient and have done a very good job bearing in mind that I have winders and bullnoses at the bottom of the stairs. All debris was removed. First class and would recommend. By the way price was very competitive.

A very good company - Had a great range of carpets and good prices. When we eventually chose the carpet we wanted (four rolls) it was the right price and they got it into stock really quickly. There was a slight hiccup with the carriers but Umar at DCC kept on top of it and sorted it out to our satisfaction, with just in time delivery. I would highly recommend
