Returns Information

If you wish to return a product within your 14-day statutory rights period, a full refund (minus a 3rd party collection charge and cutting fee if applicable) will be issued if the following conditions are met:

  1. All goods must be rolled/sealed in the original packaging.
  2. All goods must not have been used, tampered with or fitted.
  3. All goods must be returned in full, including any free products.

24 Hour Free Cancellation Period

If for any reason you change your mind, it’s important to let us know within 24 hours of purchase to avoid any cutting / restocking fees.

Our carpets and vinyl is cut to your bespoke size. As a personalised product, cancellations and returns after the free cancellation period are subject to cutting/restocking fees.

Cutting Fees

When placing an order which involves you stating your required dimensions for the item, your order is tailored to your bespoke size. If you wish to cancel your order after the item has been cut to size, we will charge a minimum cutting fee of £30 or 30% of the total value excluding delivery – whichever is greater.

Rugs, boxed/retail items such as adhesives and underlay are not cut to size, therefore not subject to cutting fees.

Cancellation on Delivery Day

If an order is cancelled or refused on the day of the delivery, our courier will charge a collection fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure you let us know as early as possible of any cancellations or amends to avoid any charges.

Please note: return costs can be higher than the original delivery cost.
